Getting serious about this

Good Monday to all,
I am hiring a personal trainer at the K-State rec center for motivation to get back on track. Nancy has used a personal trainer for the last four months or so. It has provided her with good workouts and motivation, so what the heck I will try it too.

I know that I am not the only one out there reading this blog. Please share your 'status' or what is happening in your world of health and happiness.

  1. I hope your new motivation helps me as well. I do good one day and terrible the next. Today I made cookies for the Mahoney's and the cookie dough was too tempting--I tried it. I just can not have the sweet stuff in my house, it always finds its way to my mouth.

Last night I did have a healthy dinner--spaghetti. I use whole wheat pasta and stick to 1 serving with some meat sauce.

  2. Good luck with your personal trainer. I hope to have the chance to workout with one some day. I haven't been very motivated this last month either, it seems like I can always find an excuse not to workout. I am trying to eat healthier and that seems to be going okay, I'm not really gaining wait, but I'm not really losing weight either. I guess if I expect to see better results I need to get serious, too!
